Upgrade 8.2.2 to 8.2.2.2 IRM (INNOVATION_PACK) not found in Siebel tools

 I am doing upgrade from 8.2.2 to 8.2.2.2. My upgradation completed successfully without any issues. But i am not seeing INNOVATION_PACK folder for Siebel 8.2.2.2 tools as mentioned in the upgradation guide. Is it mandatory to do Incremental repository merge for version 8.2.2.2, if so please help me with the required steps or let me know where i would have gone wrong.
