Unable to connect to the RPAS server

 Hi all,
Connecting to AIP 13.4 on RPAS 13.4.0.4 on Fusion Client 13.4.0.4 and creating workbook from Set Global Replenishment Behaviour results in error 

"Unable to connect to the RPAS server. This might be a temporary situation, and re-trying the action might help clear it. If the situation persists, then please contact your system administrator. Alternatively, you may want to logout and try to reconnect."

It looks like last version of RPAS server 13.4.0.3 is not compatible with AIP 13.4, since I was able to connect to the domain once I downgraded it to version 13.4.0.1
