Open or Save POPUP is not coming in BIP after submitting the report

Hi Support Team,

I was facing below issue in BIP . My Siebel version is 8119.

When users launch the report from the report Icon they get promoted to choose the output type (like PDF) and click submit. After that It is not prompting open or save report POPUP.

But in My BIP Reports  Screen--> report status is in successfull status and if  i click on report name in this screen, i could see Open, save and cancel POPUP and see the report without any issues

Appriciate if you could help me why the open, save popup is not coming while generating the report. Any paramter changes or any?
