Migration the Oracle database to UTF-8 useing DMU utility

I'm preparing for migration to Oracle database in UTF-8.
For migration I'm useing the Database Migration Assistant for Unicode utility.
In the process, I would like to exclude recovery MATERIALIZED VIEW
How can I ensure that in the process of data migration to UTF-8 using the DMU will be disableded refresh MATERIALIZED VIEW.
