Help with calculation

Loaded and calculated Renewal Revenue for Inside Sales reps.  All renewals calc'd but 2 reps transactions did not calc.  These same reps have other renewal transactions that calc'd.  I compared the transactions that calc'd with the non calc'd transactions but could not find any differences in the plan elements.  The transactions did roll up, the rate amount appears with no commission.
