Having different layout on same page (paragraph followed by text in 2 columns)

Hi
I have a RTF template with a one page with two different layouts.

Up to half of the page, the text is on one column and near a new section should display the text in 2 columns. In the model I use Word feature to create section with 2 columns (it creates a "continuous section break") but in pdf preview,  it generates a page break.

I tried with a sub template with 2 columns layout but it also do page break

For example on one page :

PARAGRAPH1
PARAGRAPH1
PARAGRAPH1

COL1      COL2
COL1      COL2
COL1      COL2

Does someone already had this scenario ?

Config : Windows 8, Word 2010, BIP Desktop 11.1.1.6.0
