Concurrent Program Business events not working in the R12?

Hi,

I have created the concurrent program with business event Request completed.

And created the subscription with PLSQL Function and attached to the event oracle.apps.fnd.concurrent.request.completed

The event and subscriptions are enabled. And i have tested the process from the webpage (Events) which is having test option and click the raise plsql and it works as expected.

But the event is not called when the program request get completed from SRS (Submit Requests).

Can anyone help on this issue?
