Can't tnsping to address with TCPS in Oracle RAC 11gR2

Hi all,
  I spent some days to configure TCPS protocol in SCAN LISTENER with oracle RAC 11gR2 64 bit on RHEL 5.8
  I installed Oracle RAC with role separated environment (I mean, grid user is owner Oracle GI, oracle user is owner Oracle database).

 1. I configured SSL following the MOS ID Configuring SSL for Client Authentication and Encryption With Self Signed Certificates On Both Ends Using orapki [ID 401251.1]

 2. I configured SCAN Listener following the MOS ID How To Configure Scan Listeners With A TCPS Port? [ID 1092753.1]

 I attached some file such tnsname, sqlnet, listener.  These LOCAL_LISTENER and REMOTE_LISTENER will reference to tnsname.ora at ORACLE_HOME/network/admin. I think they are from my laptop, so no problem when I can show my IPs addresses
