Sales Stage History Report

Hi,

I would like to create a report that shows any opportunity that has moved to the next sales stage within a prompted time frame and what the previous sales stage was.

Right now, I'm using the Sales Stage start date to indicate when something moved...but i cannot pull up the previous stage as well.

any guidance would be helpful
