Work Order Start Date calculation doesn’t depend from the resource units of the work centers

I have to manage a productive plant with some work centers that have a strong variability in effective hours per day. (That is, in certain periods a work center works for one shift a day, whereas in other periods it works for three shifts a day). I manage this by manually changing the resource units through P3007 for each work center.

But when I create a work order through the P48013 application, or by confirming an MRP message (Application P3411), the work order start date is calculated, through back scheduling, on the LTCV value that is calculated by the lead time rollup batch (R30822A), that doesn’t take into account the work center resource units on the F3007 table (it only looks at the F30006 table, that contains a default value for hours per day). This causes the inaccurate calculation of the WO start date.

Howdy, Stranger!
