User hook message not displaying in oracle core application but works in Self Service

 Hi All,

I have performed below steps:

1. Created message in application Developer Responsibility.

2. Used message in User Hook.

3. Ran Pre-Processor

4. Bounce the Apache Server.

5. Worked in Self Service but not in Core Application.

Message name is being displayed as Core Application instead of Message text.

Pls help me to display message text in core application.
