Issue Executing UPDATE_PERSON proc in HR_PERSON_API pkg

Greetings and thank you in advance for any helpful advice...

I have a package that reads in a file from our non-Oracle HR system and uses it to update our Shared HR tables as well as our (AP) Vendor tables.  In the package I'm calling HR_PERSON_API.UPDATE_PERSON.  It seems that somewhere within this API execution, it's getting hung up in the HR_PERSON_NAME package - seems to be something about the TITLE token, but I'm not entirely sure that's the issue.

Here's my call to HR_PERSON_API.UPDATE_PERSON:

hr_person_api.update_person(p_effective_date
