Need to update the unit selling price in sale order line.

 I want to update the Unit selling price of an item in Sale order line.
For ex: if the Unit selling price of XXX = 105 USD, he should be able to update the unit selling price to 100 or 95 ( based on customer bargain). There is NO predefined Discount strategy.
How to meet this?

Can anybody help.
