Certified Payroll Reporting

Hello,

Does anyone operate in a state that is requiring certified payroll reporting format XML?  I have gotten notice MN, IA, NE, MT wants XML format to upload to thier site and they will no longer accept paper format starting this summer.  If some has this issue also, how are you handling this?
