Cannot run program "/u01/oracle/product/oem/agent12g/sbin/nmo

Hello:

I have a 2 node test cluster.  I have created a job in OEM 12c to purge out some dump directories on  each node.

The job fails on  one node and works on the other node !

Not sure why, am getting this error:

Failed to launch process: Cannot run program "/u01/oracle/product/oem/agent12g/sbin/nmo": java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory

but the directory IS there:

nagrna1-lxora10@oracle:/u01/oracle/product/oem/agent12g/sbin # ls -l
total 1504
drwxr-xr-x  3 oracle oinstall   4096 Apr  2 08:48 cfgtoollogs
drwxr-xr-x  3 oracle oinstall   4096 Aug 31  2012 install
drwxr-x--- 11 oracle oinstall   4096 Aug 31  2012 inventory
