What is the difference between AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12 and AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12_G?

I see there are two menus in oracle related to payable AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12 and AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12_G. When I do application->menu->view tree, these two menus looks just like copy. I am not sure what exactly is the difference.

If I go to the seeded payables manager responsibility that uses AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12 menu and click on supplier->entry, when I update a particular supplier, I see the relationship under reporting on the left panel.

I go to my custom responsibility that uses AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12_G menu and do the same thing, the relationship is not there under reporting in the left panel.
