iRecruitment error when logged into Oracle only

Hi,
Version: 12.1.3

When trying to go to our iRecruitment site users are receiving an error when they try to click on a vacancy. This is only occurring if the user has access to Oracle EBS and is logged in. We have tried assigning iRecruitment External Candidate and
iRecruitment Employee Candidate responsibilities with no luck.

"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."
