Monthwise revenue recognition of lease rent

Please throw any ideas on below requirement.

 Client leases out own property like villas, showrooms, apartments, offices to tenants. Majority of leases have billing frequency as quarterly or half yearly. This can be achieved in Property Manager. But the critical requirement is recognition of revenue month wise. There is provision to enter Invoicing Rule and Accounting Rule for billings in PM but the limitation is accounting Rule "Daily Partial Periods, Month" is not available here. This is ER 5942717. Rule such as "Fixed 3 Month Deferred" will not work for the client as rent for quarter may start from anytime of the month. Eg: If rent of
