Condition Based Maintenance - Work Center feature Missing

Hi,We are in the process of setting up CBM for our Maintenance process.
While Testing I am not finding the Condition Based Maintenance feature (where alerts sent) in my Work Center. Is there anything which needs to be set up to get the feature.
Pls advise
