Alerting Specific DBA's for GRID alerts

Hello All,

We have 10.2.0.5 EM GC. Alerts are enbled for few rules and we get the same. But i have put the team disstribution list which is causing issues as the number of alerts run in hundreds and the primary/secondary dba may miss a few critical ones. 

What i look as a fix --> update target properties for all targets to include individual dba names. Capture alert from the EM views and have trigger in place which will look at the target name. This alert should pull the dba names from target properties and send only to those.
