Hi All,

I am getting below mentioned error while parsing the XML data from java api to Oracle database. Please help us to resolve this issues asap.

Error : "ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [__intel_new_memcpy()+5395] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x46B8963] [Address not mapped to object] []sexhd:  crashing the process...
Shadow_Core_Dump = PARTIAL"

Oracle Verison with operation system.

Oracle software : Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, Oracle Label Security, OLAP, Data Mining,
Oracle Database Vault and Real Application Testing options

Operating System: Redhat Linux - 64bit.

As i searched with Oracle documentation and found that the below mentioned patch will resolve the above issues.
