In Lots form, the attributes is gray

Hi Experts

12.1.3.

After applied patch 14632489:R12.INV.B ,14399953:R12.INV.B , go to INV>Onhand, availability>Lots, the attribute field is gray, cannot query lot against the lot attributes.

Applied patch 13624721:R12.INV.B., not working.
