When does a task become available in FSTP
What are the pre-requisites for a Task to be available in FSTP and FSAP. Should task mandatorily have an assignee and schedule dates. As per FS user guide - "On the Task and Escalation Status window (Field Service Manager: Field Service Setup > CRM Foundation > Task and Escalation Manager > Setup > Define Task Status) if the check box in the Assigned column is selected for a given task status, then you can work with tasks at that status from the Dashboard." When I used the seeded task status Assigned which has this check box checked and leave either Assignee or Scheduled Dates as blank, I can't query the task in FSTP or FSAP. Any guidance on the same?
