Query slow

Hi All,

Can you pelase guide me how to  identify the problems in  database for sudden  query slow?

What are the init parameters involved? from AWR how  to analyze? and fro OS TOP  command how to identify the causes for slow quers or process  takes more DB  time?

Any one can reply  me asap?
