Dear Customers,
The following patch is now available for download from My Oracle Support: South Africa - Self Service Payslip - Payroll information repeated multiple times – Patch fix.
The patch numbers are:
Release 11i : 16654854
Release 12.0 Branch : 16654857:R12.PER.A
Release 12.1 Branch : 16608448:R12.PER.B
Please review the readme for details.
The pre-requisite patch level on 11i, R12.0 Branch and R12.1 Branch for support on these patches is FPK.RUP7 for 11i, R12.0 RUP10 for R12.0 Branch and R12.1 HRMS RUP5 for R12.1 branch.
Note: To correct the issue encountered before users need to Rollback the previously run Payroll archive process. Run the payslip archive after applying patch and Post install steps and verify the payslip.
