Hi,

problem with instructions in doc [Note 1188535.1] Migrating ebs r12 from windows 2003 to windows 2008.
in the post-migration section under database tier

Step. 4. Apply patch 11071569 to address an AD script issue wtih Windows Server 2008 R2 .

Problem
This is an app tier patch. The app tier has not been configured so the environment points to the source server.
