Error While trying to view the importer in the standard Projects - Transaction Integrator

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,
We created a custom integrator to import Miscellaneous transactions to projects. We are unable to use the standard as we have enabled the Expenditures DFF to populate cost codes.
Since it similar in nature to the standard transactions import we have copied most of the settings for the standards integrator. While trying to access the importer for the standard integrator we are getting an error.

I have attached a screen shot.

Is there any other way of accessing the standard importer definition
