R12 - Tax on blanket release in status pre-approved

Hello

where can I find the calculated tax on a blanket purchase order release?

(as the status is pre-approved I cannot open the release, but knowhere the tax seems available ) I have checked all hidden fields etc.

(is this because of the status ??) (we are on R12)
