Advance Pricing and Requisition Import

Hello - I am trying to test the functionality of advance pricing in purchasing.  I found ID 1101067.1 How to Utilize Advanced Pricing in Purchasing and have set up my test instance per this document.  The problem is the contract number isn't getting linked to the item.  I can manually add the contract number once the PO has been created and that then changes the PO price to match the price list set up, but not understanding why the req import isn't importing the contract number as well.  Is there a profile option I could be missing?  We are on 11i.
