Rel 12 Upgrade Old Profile Values

Hi - We upgrade our EBS from 11.5.10.2 to Rel12.1.3.Database version is 11g Rel2. New application is up and running.

As part of upgrade we moved Web Servers to Linux servers .One problem is the FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE table has both old web server(Star) and new web server(Star12).This causing problems in custom applications.

My questions are:-

1.Why we still have old servers information in FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE etc... tables?

2.What is the best way to remove old servers information  from FND tables?

Here is the list of profile option values which contain old server(star.rtd-denver.com).
