PSU2 has been released for EM 12.1.0.2

Hi Everyone,
Today we released a new PSU for the 12.1.0.2 OMS.  PSU2 brings the version of the OMS up to 12.1.0.2.2.  Please see Patch 1623621 and MOS Note.1536769.1 for more information.
