Adding a Timezone in Siebel with UI.

Hello,

Siebel seed data contains 76 timezone entries.  My business would like to have a total of 548 different timezone values.  Thru the Siebel UI, Administration - Data -> Timezone Administration does not allow a user to add new values.  Is there any means to add/update any values through the Siebel UI?

We are currently on Windows 7 running Siebel eMedia 8.1.1.9.
