PAY: Payroll Register displays reversed run as a duplicate reversal
We have a Payroll Register display issue for specific tax separately payroll run reversals. The reversed run is displayed as a double entry on the report. We have opened a SR for assistance but was unable to replicate and have closed as an one off issue. We recently encountered another occurrence.
We was able to replicate the issue in Test environment when a reversal action for the assignment and no other actions was performed. Upon completion of the next scheduled payroll run processes to Payroll Archive job, running the Payroll Register displays two reversal entries. Note: Reversal of assignment payroll run was a zero net payment. Also, re-process of run is not desired.
