The report only version is picking up F0911s which are created out of P510171, where the ledger type is AA, amount blank/null, and Unit of Measure UM (has some value (%, LS, etc), and the unit quantity U - may/not have a quantity value.  The post is creating the F0902 for AA and AU, where the PN buckets are blank/null per the data on the F0911.

Is there a way to configure this report to not pick up these records?

This report does pick up REAL integrity issues (if we have them).
