PO, IR and PR approval through Smartphones

Hello Folks,

I can read through many blogs and posts that approval is now possible through smart phones. Can any body please share some document or link which gives in depth detail of how to configure this requirement. What are the pre-requisities and set ups required for this.

Any help on this shall be highly appreciated.
