Different between landed cost and add line on voucher match

Hi

I have question about added cost when do purchase. In PO Module there is landed cost, documentation state that this feature is to apply additional cost when create PO. AP module able to add cost when do a voucher match. There will be a new line for added cost when add line. What the different about this 2 feature?
