WS cann't be parse by IDE tools (Eclipse, PowerBuilder, VS)

Hi

I'm using Siebel WS service side, it has generated a WSDL file for Client. However, using Java / .Net /C could not parse the object in from the response. Eclipse/ VS/ PB tools generates stub or client to get response from WS, the connection is ok, but only can see the success message node and result node, other OrderInfo details can not be insert into the Object. 

Could you give me some suggestion, Please!!!
