Workforce Communication - (CRM Module)
We had a refresh of our CRMdev environment and now when I try to create an audience it returns a zero count result (even when I select a wide criteria like all the people in GBR)
I have already checked that WFC is enabled in CRMdev and that the EIPs are set up from HCM to CRM
What will be the reason for receiving a zero count result for my audience?
Can anyone help?
