How to order Competencies on apprails employee view on sshr on r12

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello,  i'm working on r.12.1.3 of e-business suite, module Human Resource. In Self Service, on the Employee: My Appraisals Page, how can I personalize appraisal sorting of competencies based on competence_type lookup? 
And also, in the previous relase we used here (11.5.7) you can personalize sequence of competence grouped in competence_type, and now you cannot. Anyone knows some workaroud?
