STANDARD_PO_XSLFO last page footer note?

Hi,

                    Need to display a footer note on every last page of Purchase Order through "PO Output Communication Program". Am confused where exactly the changes required in STANDARD_PO_XSLFO template. As I have added the footer message for all pages but am not able to do it for only last page.
