Journal Batch notification

Hello,
 In the Journal Batch Approval  Notification II am trying to add 2 extra fields in the Action History section. I have set the personalization profiles including region
 but there is no link to this in the action history section. Does this mean I have to use Workflow builder ?

Any gudance appreciated
