Reservation Qty. remains orphaned even though Move Order has been transacted

I have raised a sales order for item X - 10 qty booked and released.

In the move order transact i have only transacted 8 qty to the staging area.

Now the issue is system is still holding the reservation on the remaining two items. 

In our case we will not reserve items manually. Reservation is being done automatically by pick list.
