R12.0.6 : Errors when applying Patch No 12590393

Errors when applying Patch No 12590393

ll the patches and pre-requisites and their pre-requisites are applied and the order and post installation steps are documented in the attached doc. However 4 forms didn’t compile successfully after all the patches were applied and they are listed below.
