ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available while using SMTP

Hi Team,

We are getting ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available while using utl_smtp.

We verified that ACL is working fine and the init paramter smtp_out_server has been set to <<Mailserver:25>>.

But still we are getting this error.

Please help to resolve this error.

This is a showstopper for out Go-Live.

We recently upgraded our database to 11GR2 from 9.2.0.8 and after upgrade only we are getting this error.

Please advise.
