Applying CPU April 2013 on EBS 11i

I am applying CPU April 2013 on my Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2, following Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (April 2013) [ID 1530756.1].
On Table 4: Information on patches to apply to Oracle Developer Suite for Release 11i, I can read 13384700 as CPU patch to apply. However, when I read the document "Upgrading Developer 6i with Oracle Applications 11i" [Article ID 125767.1], there is a new patch 16414360 that replaces the last one.

So, according to "Step 3: Download Additional Developer 6i Patches" of "Upgrading Developer 6i with Oracle Applications 11i" [Article ID 125767.1], I think I have to apply patch 16414360. Prereq patch 7423534 was already installed, but I do not know if
