Hi All,
As per  Note 761566.1, unixODBC-2.2.11-7.1.i386 is required on DB host for R12 installation.
But customer it's on 64-bit OS and hence would like know whether R12 installation works fine if we skip 32 bit rpm(unixODBC-2.2.11-7.1.i386) on 64 bit machine(RHEL5.9)

Background:
There is a problem the way these ODBC packages are bundled. It’s an enhancement and the below errata would explain why you don’t need the unixODBC 32 bit package set to be installed explicitly - https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHEA-2012-0226.html

Since both RPMs are bundled together there are chances of 32 bit version of unixODBC overwrite the 64 bit or vice-versa. We have automated yum group installation in place and this issue is making it difficult to install both the rpms automatically.
