Forms Personalization

We intent to provide access to our suppliers to the AP Invoice Inquiry form to view invoices and payments.  At this point in stage no plans to implement iSupplier.  If we want to build security so that each supplier can view their own invoices and payments, we wish to know whether we can accomplish thru forms personalization.  If any one has done this can they provide the high level solution/code to accomplish this.
