where to find OS-specific (solaris) parameter value limits?

Hi,

When I look up oracle documents for a db parameter, such as the processes, it states in the reference:

"Range of values                   6 to operating system-dependent"

"see also

•Your operating system-specific Oracle documentation for the range of values"

Which online document has that range of values for Solaris (10)? I haven't been able to find it.
