Oracle Database 10.2.0.5 Bundle Patch 3 for z/OS was released on 16 April 2013 -
Patch 16313669 - ORACLE 10G 10.2.0.5 BUNDLE PATCH 3 FOR Z/OS

This latest cumulative patch incorporates Patch Set Update 10.2.0.5.11 and additional non-security bug fixes, as follows -

Bug 16536662 - FAILED TO COMMIT: CLOSED CONNECTION WHEN EDITING A DATAFILE ON ZOS
Bug 9617128 - ET11.2DL: ORA-600 [KCBCXX_1] ON INSERT
