I can not modify the AP invoices distributions descriptive flexfields

This an upgrade from 11i to 12.1.3In the previous version, the payables users could modify the information in the descriptive flexfields in the AP invoice distribution. It is has a context value.
But after the upgrade, once you have validate (not need to be accounted), the distributions descriptive flexfields are greyed out can not be changed.

Any suggestions?
